Scope of this Manual
This Manual provides the information and procedures necessary to operate certain components of the Rapiscan MVXR5000 Hold Baggage Screening (HBS) System, specifically:

• employing the MVXR Workstation for screening hold baggage scan images, and
• starting up and shutting down the MVXR5000 Multi-View X-Ray Scanner.

Rapiscan Systems recommends that all personnel who work with these product components read this manual before operating this equipment and the associated software.

This Manual covers all product versions of the MVXR5000 X-Ray Scanner, including the MVXR5000-MK4 as well as the earlier MVXR5000 2010659-6 and MVXR5000 2010659-5.
